Refund Policy

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once the project has commenced, without exceptions. This policy applies to all services provided by Caché Marketing & Events, LLC and its affiliates, including but not limited to Website Design, SEO, Video Marketing, Social Media Promotion, Branding, Re-branding, Digital Design, and all related services.

We commit extensive resources and time to ensure the highest quality in every project. As such, once work has begun, all payments are non-refundable. If you have concerns about the project timeline, scope, or deliverables, please communicate them immediately so we can address any issues before they escalate. By engaging our services, you agree to this refund policy in full.

If a project is terminated by the client before completion, no refunds will be provided for any work already completed or resources allocated. Additionally, in cases where a project is delayed or rescheduled at the client's request, any deposits or payments made will be held and applied to the rescheduled timeline, but refunds will not be issued.

This refund policy is in place to protect both parties and to ensure clarity and mutual understanding from the start of our professional relationship.
